Silicone Roofing Systems have become a formidable player in the roofing market in the last several years. What was once thought of as only a medical material has changed to a technological material and now an industrial material. There are many different silicone roofing systems out there, and we offer two different systems that, together, cover just about any roofing application.
Silicone Roof Coating Restoration System
This is our most popular roof system. This coating is made with a high solids formula that has been designed to adhere to many different substrates. Our Eco-Friendly, one-component, moisture-curing, silicone rubber roof coating system was specially designed for application over existing concrete, metal, smooth BUR, granulated cap sheet, and various single-ply roofing membranes.
Because this silicone roofing system is designed to be applied directly to the existing roof surface, no tear out is required. This feature saves the facility manager greatly in labor costs, and also prevents large amounts of expired roofing materials from entering the landfill.

Spray Foam Roofing
This system is less about the silicone and more about the foam, but silicone is still and integral part of the system.
There are many benefits to spray foam that you can read about here, but without a good silicone coating over top of it, the foam will disintegrate and require replacement in a very short time. If a building manager is interested in foam, they will also be interested in coating it with silicone, which is where we come in.
Our silicone roofing system has been modified and designed to be applied on top of a spray foam roofing system. We call this our low-solids series because the formula was specially modified to be a low-solids formula for better performance over spray foam. When applied over a spray foam roof, our low-solids silicone roofing system provides a seamless, waterproof and durable roofing solution for industrial and commercial structures.
