WHY DO WE MAKE WHAT WE DO?
We manufacture three “staple” products that are the majority of our business. We also offer several ancillary products designed to provide complete protection for your roofing system. Our core competencies lie in silicone manufacturing, we specialize in products that are silicone based. That is why two of our three staple products are silicone coatings.
Staple Product 1 – High Solids Silicone Coating
This is our primary product, the material that we sell the most of, and the material that we are the proudest of. This is not a standalone roofing material, but rather an “add-on” to existing roofing systems designed to improve performance, and extend the life, of the roof. This product is spray-applied directly to the existing roof surface. Once applied, the coating cures and forms a monolithic, seamless, waterproof, reflective, flexible membrane. These properties all work together to form a roofing system that keeps the elements out, keeps your interior temperature constant, and prevents damage and aging caused by the sun.
Our High Solids Silicone Coating can be applied to nearly all commercial roofing surfaces, typically without the need for a primer. This means that you need only one installation crew and set of equipment, not multiple sets for multiple processes.
Staple Product 2 – Sprayed Polyurethane Foam
Another great roofing project we provide is our spray foam. We sell two different weights, designed to be used in different temperatures. Sprayed Polyurethane Foam is often applied over top of existing roof surfaces, but foam can also be used in new construction. It does require that a sound roof deck be installed beneath the foam itself.
Once installed, sprayed polyurethane foam provides the greatest insulation properties of any roofing system available. It keeps your interior temperature almost completely unaffected by exterior factors, meaning you spend less on your energy bills and save money. Sprayed Polyurethane Foam is also an extremely strong roofing system, withstanding high wind speeds and capable of supporting heavy weights on the roof surface with no problem.
Staple Product 3 – Low Solids Silicone Coating
This is another specially formulated material that we sell, designed to protect our Sprayed Polyurethane Foam roofs. Foam is exceptionally strong, and the main trouble for foam roofs is the sun’s rays beating down and deteriorating the roof surface. By protecting the roof with this coating, you can extend the life of the foam and make sure your building stays dry for years to come.
Because our coating adheres to itself, this coating should be applied and then re-applied every 10-15 years. If this is done properly and the roof is maintained well, the foam roof can be expected to last 40+ years with minimal maintenance and repair costs thanks to the strength of the system.
