These are to be performed every 10,000sf.Pro-Eco Sil 50 Year Limited Material Warranty Certificate Progressive Materials hereby warrants that all Pro-Eco Sil Coatings will be, for a term of 50 years, free of defects and will have met the prescribed physical properties at the time of manufacture. THIS WARRANTY SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDES ALL LABOR OR COSTS OF LABOR, AND ALL INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND. Progressive Materials shall in no case be held liable for labor or labor costs associated with the replacement of any defective materials. The surface Pro-Eco Sil is applied to shall strictly and completely adhere to Progressive Materials application instructions and maintenance procedures. Prior to the application of Pro-Eco Sil, the substrate must be completely and wholly structurally sound and demonstrate a reasonable life expectancy to remain eligible for this warranty. Because Progressive Materials has no control over the variables that may arise during the application of Pro-Eco Sil Coatings, the results of the application including, but not limited to: appearance, watertight capabilities, and suitability of the substrate, cannot be warranted or guaranteed. This warranty is null & void if Pro-Eco Sil Coating is painted, covered, or patched in any way with any product other than Pro-Eco Sil Coating, or if any repairs are made not in accordance with Progressive Materials recommended procedures. This warranty is limited to the Pro-Eco Sil Coating only. If the Pro-Eco Sil Coating does not meet the warranted standard as laid out above, Progressive Materials will replace the Pro-Eco Sil Coating at no cost of material to purchaser. Replacement of Pro- Eco Sil Coating for only the affected portion of the roof shall be the Owner’s sole and exclusive remedy against Progressive Materials. This limited warranty shall not be transferable to successive property owners without prior approval and acceptance in writing from Progressive Materials. Progressive Materials offers no other express or implied warranties for Pro-Eco Sil or any other products. Progressive Materials’ sole liability is limited to the replacement of any Pro-Eco Sil Coating shown to be otherwise than as warranted within a 50 year period from the date of purchase. The warranty does not extend to labor or labor costs for inspection, testing or repair of the Pro-Eco Sil Coating system or any other labor costs. Any claimed defects in materials shall be made known to Progressive Materials using the procedures outlined on the back of this document. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have other rights, which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so limitations or exclusions contained above may not apply. Pro-Eco Sil 50 Year Limited Material Warranty Claim Instructions If you believe Pro-Eco Sil Coating was defective either at manufacture date, or has failed once applied to your roof, you may be eligible for compensation in the form of replacement material adequate to repair the defective area on your roof. In order to receive your replacement material, the following steps must be followed: Submit Proof of purchase and payment for material, Aerial photograph of entire building to which coating was applied, No fewer than 4 photographs of the area believed to be defective, Inspection Fee: A $250 check made out to Progressive Materials. All items must be submitted via certified mail for your application to be accepted. Notes: Warranty claims will be reviewed by Progressive Materials only after all required documentation and payment have been received. A Progressive Materials representative will travel to the location of the material believed to be defective and inspect the roof surface. When a claim is filed, Progressive Materials reserves the right to inspect the roof within 30 days of receipt of payment and proper required documentation. If it is determined that Pro-Eco Sil Coating was in fact defective, Progressive Materials will supply new material in an amount great enough to repair the defective area. Shipping costs for new material will be paid by claimant prior to material being shipped.
