5 Tips for This Coating Season
As the weather begins to warm and coating season moves into full swing, we here at PM are growing more and more eager to get our silicone on roofs across the country! Throughout the winter, we dedicated much of our time to improving processes in order to make coating season even more successful. With that in mind, we thought a blog series centered around coating tips could be of use to our contractors.
We understand that most of you are already familiar with the coating process, but we tried to identify a couple “do’s and don’ts” that can be easily overlooked. These blogs will not be technical data points, or anything you can find on our labels. They will pull from our decades of coating expertise to offer some hidden nuggets of information that can save you time and money!
Throughout this blog series we will talk about the following 5 topics:
- Water, Power, & Restrooms
- Spare Parts and More Spare Parts
- Proper Power Washing
- Staging and Gridding a Roof
- Coating the Exit Area
By going through these topics, we hope to offer some insight to your unique coating styles. At PM, we don’t want to just sell you silicone and part ways. We want to create a partnership in which both parties help each other grow and learn. We hope you follow along with us and pull some useful information from this series!
